Our home is located in Crested Butte, Colorado, a National Historic District. Built in 1972, remodeled in 1993, and refurbished again in 1998, this comfortable fully furnished and well maintained home reflects a unique Mediterranean Style that emphasizes soft light, spaciousness and comfort, with subtle, pleasing colors and fantastic views of Crested Butte Mountain. Located in the Historic District core, only two minutes' walk (1 block) from the Town Shuttle, three minutes walk to downtown Crested Butte. You have direct access to the Town of Crested Butte, Mt. Accommodations
Three bedrooms (two up and one down, each with queen-size bed, down comforters, ample closet and dresser space). Two baths (one downstairs and one upstairs, shared with the master suite). Besides being a world-class summer and and winter resort Crested Butte has a rich local history (told by local historian Prof. Duane W. Vandenbusche) as a mining and ranching area.
